Product Overview

This inertial angle rate sensor utilizes the optical Sagnac effect to measure rotational angular velocity along the sensitive axis. Its digital closed-loop detection circuit precisely extracts optical path differences caused by external angular speed, enabling real-time angular velocity signal detection through voltage signal modulation and feedback control.

The system consists of an optical angular velocity sensitive unit and signal detection components, providing triaxial angle increment data and internal temperature information.
